Mathematical Modeling and Graphics Simulation for Tooth Profile of an Ellipse Involutes Gears

A new modeling method of an ellipse gear's profile was proposed. Firstly, according to the analysis of the forming principle of the involutes profile and the tooth thickness of formula, a mathematical model of involutes profile was established. Secondly, a geometric relationship of pinion cutter and pitch curve of an ellipse gears was established, which made pinion cutter do pure rolling. Then the engaging equations of two models were combined and the mathematical model of tooth profile of ellipse gear was established. Third, in processing, the arc length of cutter on the pitch curve was equal to be the length of cutter rotating around its axis in order to guarantee the generating between the pinion cutter and the blank. Finally, an involutes profile of an ellipse gears was formed using the method of computer graphics simulation. The accuracy and the validity of the mathematical model were confirmed by simulation.

Dynamic Simulation Modeling Methods of Involute Gear

Based on the forming principle of the involute, the methods of processing and creating gear was studied by the use of parameters rack-type tool through analyzing the formation of involute teeth profile. Under the AutoCAD software environment, the dynamic simulation of rack-type cutting gear modeling was achieved by the use of LISP language. And on this basis, the created pinion-type was used as a cutter tool to process the inside and outside gear profile in dynamic simulation. This method reduces the workload of the non-circular gears design, and provides a new idea and method for the computer-aided design. 

Camera Manipulator Structure Design and Solution of Kinematics Equations

As the traditional way of taking photographs has many problems and the large-scale camera has some disadvantages, a camera manipulator instead of the functions of camera crane was designed. The number of joint of the camera manipulator and deputy campaign were designed to complete the basic functions of camera crane. By D-H methods, the manipulator kinematics model was established and the positives and inverse kinematics analysis were carried out. Thus the equation of the camera manipulator was solved.

Dynamics Analysis of Solid Phase Migration of the Press Filter for Drilling Fluid

A dynamic excitation filter press for drilling fluid is a solid-controlled test machine newly developed for the modern drilling technology. The internal migration dynamics laws of the machine influence strongly the capability and effect for filtration. With foundational dynamics theory employed, the movement performance of solid-state granules on the filter screen of filter press was analyzed, and the related dynamics model is established in this paper.
